Shannon is as smart and strategic as she is relational. She has been in the agency marketing world for years, cultivating her direct response and product launch expertise with national and international clients across a variety of industries. She brings technical wisdom to 5by5 digital clients, spearheading some of our largest digital builds and running high-stakes campaigns.

Starting as a 5by5 Client Manager, and promoted into the Client Director seat, Shannon has an appreciation for both short-term and long-term strategy. She brings a humble confidence to her client interactions, ensuring strategy first, but swift execution to meet deadlines and goals. She handles details like a pro, but never at the expense of the bigger picture.
